Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval or without following the provided return instructions will not be accepted

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Responsibility

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges.

Used, installed, or modified products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
